Need evaluation: One possibility might be acid reflux. Another could be muscle strain. Perhaps a stomach ulcer. You need to tell your ObGyn doctor so a correct diagnosis can be made. Then treatment or reassurance will help you feel good about the changes your body is going through during pregnancy.
