If a known sperm donor ejaculated in a sterile cup and i don't recieve it until an hour later. when i insert the sperm into my vagina can it still get me pregnant?

Many factors: Self or at-home insemination requires some know how. The sperm are viable for longer than an hour if they a) don't dry out, and b) are not mixed with anything acidic. The other factor is the female needs to know exactly where she is in the ovulation cycle. Only during the 5 days surrounding ovulation is the cervical mucus protective of sperm- otherwise it kills them off.
