My gyno told me today that i have vulvar papilloma, but i have never ever been in any way in sexual contact(no penetration & no external contact either)with any female or male. she saw that i'm a virgin, no bf. what might be my issue?

Hard to say: Papillomas are usually caused by viruses spread by direct contact with another person who has that virus. Your history of no contact of any kind makes it somewhat mysterious. There may be other skin lesions that look similar but are not transmitted that way. I recommend asking your GYN Dr more questions about this. The Dr may consider a biopsy of the lesion
