HEATHY DIET/EXERCISE: Best is to eat a healthy balanced diet and avoid excessive carbohydrates and sugar. Drink water and get off pop and sugary drinks. Have a good sleep/wake cycle, exercise daily for 30 minutes. I do not know of specific foods or Vit C or 5HTP.But if a depressive illness is severe enough then you really may have to consider treatment with therapy and medications.

Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy for depression with ZOOM sessions. Fears and anxiety could be heightened because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe & hopeful to elevate your immune system.
