Numb arms and legs: May represent nerve compression . Would follow up today with MRI of cervical and lumbar spine and seek the care of neurologist. Also consider thyroid dysfunction, low B12 , B6 or autoimmune disorder ( though that should not be just when lying down. F/u/ w/ neurology/ urgent care in next 24 hours.
