Swallowing Sperm: Yes, of course it is okay. This is a very common experience and thus a very common question. Many sexual practices include oral play and tasting or swallowing sperm is a normal and natural activity. Now, that does not rule out the risk of a sexually transmitted disease. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV and syphilis are some of the possible infections passed along during oral sex.
