Not specifically: Swallowing the semen per se is not unhealthy. However, oral contact without a condom does carry risk of transmission of stds gonnorrhea, syphylis, chlamydia, hpv, herpes and HIV can all be transmitted through oral genital contact. Remember, if your partner doesn't want to wear a condom with you, he probably didn't wear one with his last one either. Protect yourself.
