Can be: Bright red blood generally means tissue was torn/scratched. If you were a virgin, insertion of an erect penis will often tear any remaining hymen. The bleeding is minimal & usually stops without treatment. Rough sex can also tear other tissues. If bleeding continues, consult your doc.
