Had nail psoriasis for a long time. dermanail doesnt seem to be working. how do u recommend getting rid of it once & for all?

Psoriatic nail: If you have only one nail affected by psoriasis, and no systemic symptoms, skin or joint involvement, you can wait for the nail to grow out which is usually 3-6 months depending on hand or foot. If nail is thickened, split & current treatment is not affective, you should see a dermatologist for further options which could be combination of systemic and topical treatment or either by itself.
