Fever?: If his abdomen is swollen and tender to touch, please see the Emergency department. Check his temperature, provide clear liquids including an electrolyte solution for children for 24 hours. Use solids sparingly and as tolerated for one day. Crackers and dry toast may be provided. Please see a physician for worsening or focal pain.
