Quite odd or maybe not, the only food i have found in my near 50 years that i cant tolerate is hotdogs, even beef hotdogs. what could be the ingredient in the hotdog causing me pain,cramping and several bathroom trips? no other food i eat does this?

Hot dogs: Consider nitrite allergy (other preserved meats should also cause symptoms). Start with your primary doctor and consider allergy testing
