Chest pain: All chest pain should be considered as a message to seek immediate evaluation as some of the consequences can be dire. You will need to be examined, have your medical history and meds (Rx, OTC, & recreations) evaluated, possibly imaged, possibly lab tested, to diagnose the cause of your pain and thus the appropriate treatment.
