My only symptom is a burning sensation on the soles of my feet, usually after a large meal. i did a thorough workup. everything was within the normal range. but my egfr is 70. my creatinine is 1.04. and my crp is 28. is this serious?

Nephrologist: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would be prudent to consult a kidney doctor for evaluation and to ensure that you maintain healthy kidneys. Wish you good health!
