Yes - see doctor: Most of these sympt6are ones you could just monitor - EXCEPT - the chest pain. Acute onset chest pain is never normal. I'm concerned about pneumonia, spontaneous pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, heart problems. You need your chest listened to and likely a CXR, maybe other tests. Do not ignore this until it's too late....go to the doctor!

Exam advised: Persistent abdominal pain, especially with associated tenderness, worsened by eating warrants an examination by a physician or surgeon. Upper abdominal pain with left chest discomfort as well, can be seen in gastritis, hiatal hernia, pylorospasm,achalasia,pancreatitis,esophageal motility problems,peptic ulcer. Gall bladder inflammation causes right upper abdominal distress.
