New lifestyle : The key to this is -routine- pin your new activity - be it diet, exercise, meditation, mindfulness, to an activity that is stable in your life - after dinner, before breakfast. A Marathon: Making major lifestyle changes is a long process. You need patience and need to be prepared to make small but ongoing changes that you can maintain. Day 1 you take 1 step day 2 take 2 steps, day 3 take 3 steps. Small, incremental changes, when stable with one, add another. You will need support to get through those days when you just don't feel like taking the steps....GOOD LUCK
