Hub and i have been trying to conceive for almost 2years.both had fertility tests done and everything is fine.gynae suggested i get a laparoscopy. q:which time during my cycle is the best time to get it done? after period, mid cycle or before period?

TIME OF PROCEDURE: Laparoscopy is helpful in the workup of infertility. I prefer to do the procedure just before ovulation is supposed to occur. This is a benefit in addition to evidence of endometriosis and other cause of adhesive disease; a tubal patency test can also be performed, although the latter test will defer pregnancy for one month.
