When i look at around my vagina, i have like dirt there its yellowish white. i cleaned it a few days ago it didnt come back except in areas i forgot to clean. could it have just have been my urine stuck there?

Vaginal yeast ?'s: Yeast infections produce a discharge which can partially dry , producing a thick "yellow white" discharge in the folds of the vagina. It is not related to urine, so see your gyn physician for a vaginal culture and exam.
