In my country 100% concentrated bleach is not readily available. is it possible to make a 10% bleach solution from 5% bleach? all i can get is 4.5 - 5% bleach and sometimes that is not even written, so it is impossible to know the concentration?

Need more bleach: In order to make a more concentrated bleach solution, you would need to add more bleach. You could make a less concentrated solution by diluting the bleach with water but, to make it more concentrated, you would need to add more bleach to the solution. Hope this helps!
