No cold meds: First and probably most important, if you are taking ANY cold medications, stop! Just like they dry up your nose, they dry up your milk. Drink at least 100 ounces of fluid daily, with at least half just water. Get very good nutrition even when you don't feel like eating. Plenty of rest. Pump frequently. Google "galactagogues" which are natural substances that can increase milk supply. Good luck!
