Yes: Lack of smell sensation and the runny nose are the symptoms of COVID19. The calf pain is worrisome hence you should get the Molecular test for COVID19 as it is more sensitive and specific. Of course contact your physician he will guide you to the next step.

ZA or USA?: I can’t tell where you are from. If from South Africa, contact PCM who will assess & make determination about COVID 19 testing. USA – policies vary by state. State & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. Some states require a dr.'s referral & some don't. Can call PCM if one believes they should be tested.

Do not forget about quarantine as important as testing if having symptoms and/or contact history suggestive of COVID. Your GP should be able to coordinate and make sure you follow also workplace regulations/restrictions.
