Pain + more: You may have an infection. Please make an appointment with a Gynecologist immediately. And in the meantime, abstain from sex.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Any abnormal bleeding needs to evaluated by in-person examination. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Wish you good health!
