Weird Symptoms: So difficult to diagnose your issues without additional information. Since the red patched resolved on its own, let's put that aside. Mild itchy skin all over can be caused by many factors, but allergy to certain soaps or detergents used to wash sheets that you may have slept on or washed your clothes with could be a causative factor.
