Weak, tired: If the procedure caused infection by perforation or bacterial contamination I would expect fever, sweats, chills, persistent pain. Internal blood loss severe enough to cause anemia is another possibility. See your gynecologist for evaluation if you continue to have concerns about the procedure and your symptoms. This IUD releases a female hormone but very little enters the blood stream.
