Little or no risk: Exposure to blood following an accident is theoretically a risk for HIV or other blood borne viruses. However, in the 4 decades of the world-wide HIV epidemic, there have been no reported cases of this actsually happening. If you cared for an injured person and got blood all over yourself, it's a good idea to be tested. Otherwise no worries.
