I have a sevear spasm in my upper abdomen and if i push on the right hand side it's extremely painful. the pain from my abdomen goes into my upper back and my chest making it hard to breathe. this only happens at night time. what should i do?

Spasm abdomen: You need to have someone on your medical team do a careful history and do an examination. My first hunch is you have strained a muscle(s).
