Male, 57yrs. pain is getting too much. allergic to opiods and opiates. now on 2x diclofenac50 + 4x 1000mg acetaminophen, but it's not enough. can't sleep, tired all day. tired of the pain too. what options have i got left?

TOO MANY ANALGESICS: I already answered this question. Diclofenac is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory and is processed by the kidneys and can be tough on the stomach as well as being a blood thinner. That is a lot of acetaminophen a day as well tough on the liver. You may need to really discuss this regimen and other things that you can do for pain. Maybe this is why she will not give more. Try exercise and therapy.
