Neck crick: Noise in the neck can be from moving vertebrae or ligaments and is not necessarily serious. You don't mention where the numbness was felt, but I believe the subsequent symptoms were more related to anxiety and worry. You should be fine if all symptoms subside. See your MD as needed.
