I just cried because the pain is so bad. and it made me feel so much better, ive used saline spray and it doesnt feel as good, is there somthing i can do to help with this sinus infection beyond antibiotics and pain meds?

NOT REALLY: Sorry what felt better? You can also try steam to help open up sinuses. If you get these regularly you may need the sinuses scrapped out which clears scar tissue but is uncomfortable
