Pregnancy cramps: At "two weeks" of pregnancy, cramps may occur as the uterus (womb) grows. It can also be a sign that the pregnancy may not be in the uterus (ectopic). See your physician , who may order a pelvic sonogram and a quantitative HCG to be certain where the pregnancy is located and whether it is growing appropriately.
