Usually short onset: Usually a reaction to insect bites and bee stings are rapid. If there is more than 2 inches of redness/swelling, please see urgent care. Gently remove any stinger, continue both medications ( cream and antihistamine) for 48 hours. Watch for signs of breathing difficulty, drooling and swallowing problems. Currently, your reaction is mild.
