Monitor : This is barely a fever (not in need of meds) and the vague pains are not specific to any single issue. He is likely in the early stage of an illness which will become more involved over time. Watch his fluid consumption & feeds. If stable this may just pass in time. If it gets to the point symptoms spook you have him seen.
