Physiognomy: Changes are common during puberty and best to address will be your pediatrician who would be able also to further coordinate if changes are believed to be abnormal.

Head growth if young: The distance between pupils grows as the head grows in size. This interpupillary distance (IPD) interestingly might grow very slightly after reaching adulthood. IPD varies depending on factors such as age, gender, race, etc... generally familial as are many traits. An eye doctor can take a look if worried.
