STD symptoms: This depends in part on which STDs you're concerned about. More important, this isn't necessarily an STD. Painful urination in women can be cause by some STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia, but a non-STD urinary tract infection is more likely, especially if you also have urgency ("gotta go RIGHT NOW!") and small urine volumes. I hope you had testing for UTi as well as STDs. Good luck.
