I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain(not localized),and other pms symptoms no period in 6week pregnancy test- neg. i went to the er, ct - normal w/ inflamed lymph nodes could i still be pregnant should i have an ultrasound to be safe? help?

You need a Doctor: You should get a Gynecologic check up. CT is not a good test to check for early pregnancy. Ultrasound of the Uterus is definitely a better test. If you do not get your period after 2 more weeks, get a medical examination by your doctor.
