I started having this uncomfortable feeling down there.it was itchy & caused me discomfort.when i looked at myself i noticed that on my clitoris it had a dry patch & a white spot.it went away.again i have it but just a white lil spot, now with a hair?

Pruritis: This forum doesn't allow diagnosis. In order to make a proper diagnosis/treatment, one needs history, physical exam and some times lab work and/or radiological studies. The best thing for you to do is to see a gynecologist for further examination. Avoid scratching too much in order to avoid secondary infection. Potential lesions include genital warts, psoriasis, lichen sclerosis and so forth.

Needs exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters, rashes and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Without seeing the area it is hard to guess what might be present.
