SOUNDS LIKE PREGNANC: A delayed, longer than usual, period sounds like pregnancy and early miscarriage, particularly if prior mmenstrual cycle was regular and if sexually active. Would see board-certified ob-gyn if problem persists OR if contraceptive options are of concern.
