Depends on the cause: Treatment would depend on why your penis is raw. If overuse or lack of lubrication during sex has caused microtrauma, covering the area with an antibiotic ointment containing benzocaine might help. If there is no history of trauma, it may be due to an STD, in which case you would want to see a Dr to do cultures and determine a course of treatment.
