But, if this is a new problem, you should be checked out by your doc for system problems such as hypothyroidism, which may cause similar symptoms. At your age of 32, you possibly are going through stressors of relationships, marriage, separation, work and finances causing anxiety, affecting memory. Alcohol and Drugs can also affect memory. Please make a list of names and numbers whish you forgot; situations when it happened; and stressors at that time. After that see your Physician for Diagnosis and Treatment
