I'm 3cm dilated and just lost my mucus plug (for the second time lost it first time couple weeks ago before i was dilated), does that mean labor is near? about to be 38 weeks?

38 weeks : Since you are 38 weeks we know that the baby will come sometime soon. Mucous plug is a good sign but can not be used to predict the onset of labor.
