Positive leukocytes (LEU) and nitrate (NIT) could mean urinary tract infection (UTI), but that's less likely without painful urinaation, urgency, or frequency. Vaginal "irritation" often is due to yeast infection, which could cause these test results if the urine specimen was contaminated with vaginal fluid (i.e. not a carefully "clean catch" midstream specimen).
