I made an account to get help for my friend. she for many years has been having like audio hallucinations, at times she hears music and other things like bees or sinks going off. its been happening for many years and she says it sounds super real?

HALLUCINATIONS: Here is the thing if she hears sounds and they do not cause trouble then she does not need to worry. If it is a buzzing sound then she may have tinnitus not auditory hallucinations. So it just depends on how much it interferes with her life and any actions that she takes as a result.
