STD: HPV is a family of dozens of virus strains that includes the common skin wart. It also includes strains that are known to cause genital infections, associated with warts or cervical cancer. These are passed by genital skin to genital skin transfer.The primary infection may have no symptoms & clear in 2 yrs but remain dormant in the tissues for life.
