GP first: Your question got truncated, but in case you have symptoms and have been exposed to a COVID positive contact testing and quarantine would be appropriate. Your GP should be able to coordinate locally and that would be your best resource at this point.

COVID 19: Have you been exposed to someone who is COVID positive? Do you have any symptoms? COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches. You would need a referral from provider to get tested in South Africa.
