Flu: Flu is a viral disease and does not respond to antibiotics. Get properly tested and quarantine as we are in a middle of a pandemic. Best to coordinate would be your GP, but if not having one, an urgent care would work as well. In case tests positive for a bacterial infection you will definitely benefit from antibiotics and the testing doc will take care of it.
