It takes a minimum of almost a month for a positive or negative test to be conclusive. Any exposure where blood to blood contact took place is a mode of HIV transmission. Even if test is negative, a positive test can show up 3 months later. Safe sex is the way to go.

Too soon to know. Do complete your PEP and test 6 weeks after completion of the treatment. Visit this site for info: https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/pep.html
