What does a "featureless colon" on a colonoscopy mean?

Likely boring: If I were to receive such a report it would likely mean they found nothing important to discuss. After looking at hundreds of such studies that are normal the writer is often at a loss of words to write detail. They do get fussed at if they say normal. Featureless to me means they found nothing worth describing.
