Varicocele?: What you are experiencing is most-likely (pending confirmation by your primary physician) a case of Varicocele: varicose (enlarged) testicular veins. These veins carry blood from that region up towards the heart and, like all leg veins, can become engorged with slow moving blood, especially in young men due to frequent sexual arousal. Very common condition with little negative impact.
