Pain weakness: Symptoms are very non specific. Do you have fever? burning when urinating? Could be a urinary tract infection or prostatitis. Or could be general infection including flu and COVID( get test) There is micturition syncope, with fainting after urinating but that is usually in older men perhaps due to drop in blood pressure /dilation w/ standing at toilet or rapid emptying of bladder. f/u/w/ MD
