As you have tried multiple symptomatic treatments, and are not improved you may need an antibiotic; so the best way to evaluate that is in person with an examination. Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids and rest while you are waiting for an appointment.

If you truly have an infected sinus you probably need antibiotic therapy. There are other sinus problems not infection related, however. See your General Physician or a specialist Otolaryngologist for an accurate diagnosis and from that appropriate treatment. Please stop trying to self diagnose, see a Dr. Note also that infected molars can mimic sinus infection.
