Depends on details: Globule just describes the shape of something. What's important are: what's in the globules, how many globules, how long ago did they go in the wrong hole? Also important is which hole? Women normally have 3 holes down south: urethral meatus, vaginal opening, anus; and 5 holes up north in the head: 2 ear canals, 1 mouth, 2 nostrils, but we presume the holes in the head are not the concern here.
